Both of them are pretty cool in their own right. The old art is more noticeable with the quality of it (including the generic shading), but there was some good intentions and design choices, like the flower patterned coat and glasses. The new version gives her a wild hair style and more prominent zig-zag patterns on her clothing and fur, which works in the context of your current art and in the universe of the GeorgeMania show.
I honestly like both of the art here, but it really comes to show how much you have developed your art here, in the span of a few months nonetheless. Keep going and you'll get far with how well you are doing with your art.
