Ever question those thoughts? Everyone gets them now and again. You’re not the problem, you’re just a victim of stinking thinking. Your thought patterns are the problem.
There are two things you can be the victim or the victor. Life is going to keep kicking you while you’re down until you get back up and kick back and become the victor.
Life forces everyone to become more than their doubts, fears, and insecurities. If you made it this far through crippling depression you’re stronger than you give yourself credit for.
Now use that strength and resilience and own it.
Most depression goes away when you age so that means there’s still hope.
Instead of focusing on all the bad write down a list of all of your good traits.
And read it often.
